健身已逾16年了，從一個才55公斤的瘦子開始訓練

不曾想過會有今天80公斤的時候

起初也只是自己亂練，中間也一度放棄過

但每每在健身房看到別人的好身材就又會激發出鬥志

現在終於算勉強達到當初想望的目標

也覺得應該趁這個時候紀錄自己滿意的狀態

所以催生了這本全見寫真書（無生理反應）

I've worked out more than 16 years, and started as a skinny boy of 55 kg.

I never thought that I can weigh 80 kilograms one day.

At first, I just work out by myself, and I also gave up many times.

But every time I see others' good figures in the gym, which will inspire me to fight more!!

Now, I am finally reaching my goal.

I also feel it's time to record myself now, for which this photography was born.
